Casts the following spells: Atlan's Alacrity, Honed Control, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will, Moderate Bow Aptitude Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 180 Spellcraft: 500 Mana: 8000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds. Spell Descriptions: Atlan's Alacrity (Improves a weapon's speed by 70 points.) Honed Control (Increases the caster's Coordination by 40 points.)
