Introduced in Risks and Rewards, Blighted Coins (Attuned, not stackable) for the Blighted weapons can be purchased from Purser Narissa Pelton or Purser Jak Halftoes for 270k in either Freebooter Keep Black Market or Northwatch Castle Black Market. Give the coin to Master Mehkar al-Qalam or Master MacTavish for a the blighted item. Each weapon lasts only 24 hours, whether or not your character is logged in.
The weapons (Melee and Missle) ignore shields. The wand has a slashing war spell that does damage that ignores life protections.
