Current Status of the Raids
The Patriarch raids are triggered events that are run by Turbine on no set schedule. They have plans to run them again at some point in the future. [2]
At this point, all expected rewards have been found -- one for handing in 30 at a single location, another for handing in 90 at a single location, and a final reward for handing in at least 30 stones at all 12 raid locations. The Champions and Raid Commanders (3 different ones, one each at Arwic, Mayoi, and Ayan Baqur) all separate title and XP rewards. (See below.)
General
T'huun's forces are raiding different locations on Dereth. Floating pyramids have appeared over three towns and portal devices have appeared at several locations around Dereth. These devices are accompanied by raiding creatures. There is a Royal Scout that gives you three kill tasks for each of the different types of raiding creatures: Moarsmen, Scalvus, and Falatacot (Undead). All the raid monsters can drop Invoking Stones (33% drop rate). You can turn 30 stones in to the Royal Scout for a title and experience plus it appears to flag you for some unknown future content as well with Asheron's Investigator in Eastham.

3.After every creature in the 2nd wave has been killed an Inquisitor (for the Raider spawns) or a Champion (for the Marauder spawns) will appear without any other regular spawn accompanying him.

Walk Through
- Head to one of the raid sites listed above and speak to Royal Scout there.
- Start kill tasks for the 50 Moarsmen, Sclavus, and Falatacot. The creatures also drop Invoking Stones about 1/3 of the time.
- After killing all of the creature in the area a small spawn will appear around the Device. This spawn will include 4 Executioners or Elites.
- After killing all the creatures in the 2nd wave a Champion or Inquisitor will spawn. Kill it and the raid will be over for the time being.
- Turn 30 Invoking Stones in to the Royal Scout at that raid site. Speak to the Scout to receive your reward for the kill tasks.
If you are in Arwic, Mayoi, or Ayan Baqur there is another boss spawn:
- After the Champion/Inquisitor dies a Falatacot Boss with even more health spawns. The boss has the ability to spawn tentacles. Kill the boss and a Spark spawns near the device. Talk to it for a Mana Forge Key reward. You get the reward even if you didn't get the kill on the boss. If you did get the kill on the boss talk to the local Royal Scout in town for a title.

Note
- When you turn in the Invoking Stones to the Royal Guard he takes all the stones not just 30 so if you pick up more than 30 the extra will be wasted.
- High Level characters that complete the lower level raids will still get a grand casino key, however, they will not get any experience.
- Invoking Stone stack size is 30.
- All guards give the same kill tasks, talking to any guard to receive the kill task or the reward. The only difference in the guards is the type of Invoking Stone they take.
- All raiders or marauders count toward the same kill task no matter where they are. So killing a Marauder in Silyun is the same as killing a Marauder in Tou-Tou.
- Timers for the respawn, except Mayoi, Arwic and AB: If you do not progress the spawn towards the boss, the creatures respawn immediately after for example a short logout. If you do kill the boss, the timer for the reappearance seems to be 5-6 hours. If you progress the spawn until the semi-bosses, the spawn will stay the same, but the sequence messes up. For example, you get the Executioners, log out, come back later, the Executioners are still there, but if you kill them, not the Champion will spawn, but the normal spawn. After killing that one, the semi-bosses phase might be skipped, and you're directly confronted with a Champion.
- Timers on Mayoi, Arwic and AB: these raids have longer timers, 3-4 days for the device to re-appear. Except for the fact that after Champion/Inquisitor spawn, there is a named boss, differences are also that the normal spawn is much larger, extending way out of the towns. The tentacles that are spawned by the Mayoi boss are only spawned in the little valley in the middle of town.
- Patriarch's Executioner, Patriarch's Champion, Patriarch's Elite Raider, and Patriarch's Inquisitor drop stones 100% of the time.
