The Dungeon opens up in the patch with the anniversary of Asheron's Call since its 7th anniversary, Nov. 2nd. It usually closes next patch.

Night Club Attendants, with the Invations laying on the ground next to them, can be found in Cragstone, Hebian-To, Sanamar and Zaikhal.
The Night Club Shirt can be found on a table next to the Lugian Doorman.
