Walk Through
To reach the Pumpkin King, you must hand in a Blue Blanket found on the corpse of a Pumpkin Follower to the Arena of the Pumpkin King behind the Locked Door in the Colosseum. Inside is the Pumpkin King, Pumpkin Kin, Pumpkin Vines, and after you've killed the king, Villianous Scarecrow spawned. Kill the king and loot the Pumpkin King Token from his corpse and turn it into the Master Arbitrator. You get Xp, the title and the Pumpkin Shield as a reward.
