Easiest is Dagger of Tikola. Simply do the quest as normal. In the final room, either in the chest or on the sclavus loot, there is a strange piece of metal. Give this to Felscuda (outside the cellar). If you are level 79 or lower, she gives you a note which has a clue to solving the 80+ flagging.
Next is the Mountain Sewers outside Tou-Tou. If you're doing this on a lower level (20 or so) you might want to get flagged for the zefir kill task in shoushi for an extra 150k exp. Speaking to the zefir kill task NPC will also get you a note with the coords of the dungeon. Inside, past the zefir area, you will head down a ramp that leads to a 3 way split. Take the right hall and follow it to the risen soldier/knight section where you will find some blank portal gems on the ground.
Bring the gem to the translator in Cragstone for another note.
Last is the metos motes quest. You need to collect a special mote from the Ayan and Wai Jhou metos and bring them to a golem in the Tufa Metos. There were shortcuts created to the two dires metos so that lower levels could reach them. The shortcut to Wai Jhou Metos is at Imuth Maer Doquin, 11.6s 58e. The shortcut to Ayan Metos is at 12.8n 12.2w, west of Ziakhal. The special motes and the golem they need to be given to are all located in the "final" room of each metos - the room with obsidiam golems past all the revs. Give the golem the two motes

Completing those quests with a character below 80 will flag them for Bur.
