The Damaged Shadow Stone can be found in two locations in this dungeon (they are identical), also a lore item, the Shriveled Lump.
*The exact means of flagging for this dungeon are unknown, several theories exist. The most prominent (and probable) theory is that you have to re-do the Singularity Caul flagging quest (Bore).
