I moved Related Links to Asheron's Call Community Wiki:Community Portal. I did this because the "community" link on monoco-sidebar - one of the default links - lead to that page, and it seemed appropriate to relocated related links (which had more than just links) to the community portal. I fixed all the pages listed in the whatlinkshere of Related Links, but I don't know what page to edit to fix the link on the monobook skin sidebar.
