Hello. please see this article about naming entries: Naming Conventions. Your entries for things like NumMansionBookcase and NumMansionCrate do not follow any of the naming rules and that makes them harder to locate and use for other entries. I would suggest removing them as separate pages completely, since they do not really need their own page as they are simply levers and doors. Also, items do not need headers like == Quest Item == at the top of the page. Thank you.
