The next step is for you to bring me a Shadow Fragment. Yes, you must slay Shadows, those blots of corruption. Collect enough of their shards until you have combined them into a Shadow Fragment. We can go no further until you bring me that."
Maqudh al Nishadina tells you, "Yes, you've given me the Plate Armoredillo Spine... I asked you to assemble a Shadow Fragment for me, didn't I? Hunt those terrible blights upon creation until you have collected enough material to combine into a Shadow Fragment. Once you give me the Fragment, we can discuss final steps to improving your Silifi."

There is a crypt not too far from here, ruled by a terrible undead lord named Darayavaush. In life he was a great king, but in undeath he is a terrible tyrant. Go and destroy Darayavaush, and bring me the ruby he carries. It is his ruby that will provide the enchantment for your improved Silifi. Darayavaush resides in a crypt among his minions located at 12.3 N, 8.2 E."
Maqudh al Nishadina tells you, "I've received the Shadow Fragment and the Plate Armoredillo Spine from you... But what of the ruby? I asked you to take Darayavaush's ruby. That old undead lords over a crypt located at 12.3 N, 8.2 E. Go there and take his ruby."
