  • Properties: Crushing Blow
  • Wield requires base Heavy Weapons 250
  • Activation requires Arcane Lore: 90
  • Spellcraft: 250.
  • Mana: 350.
  • Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.
  • A large carved scepter, it is made from both stone and gems. It seems to refract light, magnifying the multifaceted gems into miniature suns.
