From the Quest quest introduced in Pillars Made of Sand.
The only quest lockpick on all of Dereth. It is located in the Burun Cavern dungeon at 12S 49.9E. Its exact skill bonuses are unknown (like all lockpicks) but the fact that it has 100 uses over the usual 50 of store bought picks makes it handy.
