This key is obtained by carving a Misshapen Bone Fragment that is found on upper level creatures on Bur with an Intricately Carved Tool. It unlocks the Skeletal Falatacot Reliquary which are found on Bur in the area beyond the rock in the Southern Catacombs including the Ley Lin/Mucor dungeon and the Shaman Rescue dungeon.
