The haft of this axe is made of ivory and is wrapped in animal skins. Craft markings located on the haft of the axe would seem to indicate that this particular axe was crafted in Ayan Baqur. A picture of a Banderling has been carefully embossed in the head of the axe, a sure sign of its intended prey.

Notes
- In Shedding Skin the stats were improved, including for existing items, see Tusked Axe of Ayan Baqur (Retired) for the old stats. Also no longer drops on death automatically, it can be protected with death items/augmentations.
- The weapon now levels when you gain experience fighting with it and gives bonus spells the higher the level.
- During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Axe to Finesse Weapons and the spells adjusted accordingly. The base damage was upped from 45.33 - 57 to 46.92 - 59.
