Shadow Invasion Quest Chain - (7 Stages) |
Quest Overview
After Completing Stage 5 the Shadow Assault you must wait 13 days before you may begin Stage 6 the Tou-Tou Blockade.
Aid Isin Dule by investigating a new portal that has appeared at the entrance to the town of Tou-Tou
This is a once per character quest and is Stage 6 in the Shadow Invasion Quest chain.
Walk Through
Isin Dule's Task
- Speak to Isin Dule at 30.3S 94.8E in Tou Tou to begin. He will direct you to investigate a new portal that has appeared in the town.
- Enter the Shadow Vortex nearby at 28.1S, 95.5E.
- It seems to be a mirror of the destroyed town of Tou-Tou.
- No surface portal
- Kill 5 of the towns folk (Bai-Nu Ru the Weaponsmith, Armorer Xao Fen, Rou Beh the Bowyer, Jeweler Lo Dai-Ou, Mi Chi the Barkeep, Healer Rili Sou) and 10 of the shadows.
- Return to Isin Dule and speak with him for your rewards.
Black Ferah's Task
- Flag with Black Ferah outside the Summoning Cave at 29.2S 95.8E.
- Warning: Speaking with Black Ferah will flag you for a version of the Shadow Vortex filled with Soldiers instead of Shadows and without attackable NPCs. In other words, you will be locked out from doing Isin Dule's task.
- Enter the Shadow Vortex nearby at 28.9S, 95.46E.
- Kill 15 Soldiers inside the dungeon.
- Return to Black Ferah for your rewards.
- Warning: Don't complete the task with Ferah unless you definitively want to end the quest line with Ferah instead of Isin and receive the title Soul Siphon.

Jeweler Lo Dai-Ou says, "I do not want to become one of those monsters. That is a fate worse than death."
Rou Beh stares off into the darkness with a vacant look in his eyes.

Isin Dule tells you, "Those souls are better off having not been fully corrupted by the darkness. I only wish we could have acted sooner to prevent this."
Completing Black Ferah's task
Black Ferah tells you, "Isin Dule's forces left with their tails between their legs."
Black Ferah tells you, "Ler Rhan will be pleased, the last phase of the plan is almost ready..."

Notes
- Upon entering the Shadow Vortex, run into the first room on the left rather than contending with the entire spawn within the narrow hallway.
