Quest Clothing Dying? Edit

I don't understand the note under New UI and Game Changes > Dyeing, "Quest Underclothing can now be dyed (e.g. Gladiatorial Tunic & Gladiatorial Leggings)." This is apparently straight from the release notes, but I don't get what it means. Most quest clothing, including the Gladiator set, has been dyeable since being introduced. The images on Talk:Gladiatorial Tunic show it as always having the dyeable property, and I know for a fact that the olthoi protection set clothing has always been dyeable, along with tons of other quest clothing like Asheron's Raiment. Since I no longer have an active account I can't look into this in game or post about it on the forums, but, could somebody else check this out? --An Adventurer 02:45, 20 January 2012 (EST)

Some quest clothing became undyeable with (I think) the Present Dilemma patch. I haven't checked the Gladiator set, but for example the Aphus Lounging Shirt and Aphus Wading Pants became undyeable. The Pants are dyeable again, the shirt still isn't (neither is the Sun Guard). Also, they fixed some very old items that have been undyeable since ToD, though the ones I found are not just clothing (such as the Quilted Drawers, but also at least the Stocking Cap and the Tall Stocking Cap. I haven't tested all quest "clothing" yet.. --Sanddh 09:10, 29 January 2012 (EST)
