The Asheron's Call game worlds will be brought down at 3:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) today for a hotfix. This is being done to address recent Darktide and other server stability issues, fix an issue with the Gauntlet, and take care of an exploit.

Contrary to popular belief, I was not the developer who implemented the Gauntlet. I did many of the systems changes, enlightenment, and sadly a big focus for that update, a new type of mansion called an allegiance hall with more chests and no portalling needed to get to the storage, didn't make it in due to... things.
That said, I did take a look at the near invulnerable Burun. The defenses have been lowered varying amounts and the debuff mechanic removed entirely. It should be a bit more manageable now.
