Question: Ok, I was wondering why there are no Outside dungeons, like big huge castles with rooms, and good tresure loot, or caves that go in through mountians?

Answer: Two answers for you here.

1) Our dungeon making software is very well developed, to the extent that a trained worldbuilder can make one in an hour or two. Making an exterior structure, however, requires an artist to model and texture it in Lightwave 3D. This process can take anywhere from a week to a month, depending on the size of the building.

2) Tunnels that go though mountains are impossible within AC's graphics engine. There is no ability to make the land "fold over itself." The landscape is a flat sheet, modified by height and texture.
