Notes Edit
- One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by Hurnmel the Smith from a Spectral Ingot
- Add a Spectral Binding Stone to create a permanent version, the Nether-attuned Soul Bound Staff.
- May be traded either as the Nether Casting Staff Stamped Spectral Ingot or while the 3 day timer is counting down.
- Note that some spectral weapons lose their 160+ req when made soul bound, this isn't one of them, it retains a 160 req.
