Give 10 letters to a Collector (level 40 and above requirement) for 1,000,000 xp and 20 Low-Stakes Gambling Tokens:

You hand over 10 of your Scarlet Red Letters.

Collector tells you, "10 Red Letters, nice work."

You've earned 1,000,000 experience.

Collector gives you 20 Low-Stakes Gambling Tokens.

Collector tells you, "Here, take these in exchange for the letters."

Does not stack.
