A direct portal to Nanto can be found in Shoushi.
Additionally, a portal to Nanto is conveniently located in the Manakin Foundary, one of the 4 Statue Dungeons. Portals to the Manakin Foundary can be found in Holtburg, Shoushi, Yaraq, Rithwic, Yanshi, Samsur, Lytelthorpe, Al-Arqas, and of course Nanto itself.
