This house belongs to the Reformed Bandit who is, in fact, not very reformed at all. He is a agent of Martine and part of a plot to assassinate Borelean Strathelar. Sir Rylanan, the Senior Guard in Holtburg, will ask you to investigate him.
In the basement you will find three level 23 Hollow Minions. One of them carries A Cryptic Note that Sir Rylanan will want to see.
