Overview Edit

Captain Warner in Mayoi shows you how to enter the tunnels below the six Moarsmen Forts and asks you to retrieve evidence of how they are being blighted.

Walkthrough & Notes Edit

  1. There are six moarsmen temples, increasing in difficulty and reward from Rank to Verdant.
  2. Head to the forts listed below and enter the portal to the dungeon at the base of the temple.
  3. All of the dungeons are identical and involve some minor jumping. From the drop go right, left, right, straight, straight, right, ignore the slanting side passages, right, then jump across the pits (tap jumps work well).
  4. It's best to kill the moarsmen before jumping if possible. If you fall down, the water area leads back to an inviso staircase leading back up to the start of the jumps.
  5. After making several jumps across pits you'll come to a large room, circle around (no need to jump) and kill the human, who will drop a tattered note and a book of lore, The Creation of Blighted Moarsmen. Each dungeon has a unique human that drops a unique note, the book however is the same for all six.
    1. Siabot the Deranged for Tattered Rank Moarsman Ritual
    2. Inkitan the Crazed for Tattered Disgusting Moarsman Ritual
    3. Despe the Insane for Tattered Putrid Moarsman Ritual
    4. Ves the Mad for Tattered Desolation Moarsman Ritual
    5. Cloywer the Unstable for Tattered Grimy Moarsman Ritual
    6. Lorfne the Unhinged for Tattered Verdant Moarsman Ritual
  6. Return to Mayoi and give the tattered notes to Captain Warner for your rewards.

Dialog Edit

Opening Dialog

Captain Warner tells you, "Are ye seekin' for something ta do, lad? I might know something ye could stand ta be hearin', if ya don't like these foul, tainted moarsmen no more than I do."

Captain Warner tells you, "On Ispar, I do be a ship's captain, but we do not be havin' navies here on Dereth. Instead, I be reduced to speakin' my understandin' of the lore of the sea - such as these fortresses which be appearin' upon the coast."

Captain Warner tells you, "When the blighteed moarsmen came forth, they be leavin' a way for a cunning dog such as yerself to enter their tunnels."

Captain Warner tells you, "If ya find yer way to the bottom, and ye find anything of interest, be lettin' me know what ye find. I'll be seein' what I can be doin' for ya."
