Kill all the moarsmen in the temple. Find key on one of the moarsmen which unlocks the chest on the terrace. Loot egg, return egg to Guard Liaza in Redspire.
Portal in front of building leads to tunnels. Go to end and kill boss. Loot Tattered Rank Moarsman Ritual from boss and return to Captain Warner (28.0S 95.5E) in Tou-Tou.
