• Nearby spawns Hastar the Misbegotten, who drops a Hastar's Essence. You can only pick the Essence up after talking to Soju Bo-Ki and be level 101-150.
• Hand the Essence to Soju Bo-Ki in Ayan Baqur in exchange for a Black Totem Token (?).
• Hand the Black Totem Token to the Totem Gateway to summon a portal.
