New City Name Announced

With the opening of the June event, "Heart of Woe", we gave you the opportunity to permanently leave your mark upon Dereth. You, the players, would nominate and then vote on the name of a new city. The polls have been closed, and at ACPL we announced the name that you chose.
The new city in Dereth, being built by Isparians, Tumeroks, and Lugians, will be named Candeth Keep. The name is taken from Candeth Martine, a man who was the subject of terrible experiments by the Virindi and was for some time an enemy of the people. At the climax of Gaerlan's attacks upon Dereth, Candeth changed his ways and courageously attached, preventing Gaerlan's victory. Without Candeth Martine, all three races might well have been wiped from Dereth.
