An Empyrean Fortress Tower and Empyrean Standing Stone on an island off the coat southwest of Tou-Tou. The tower is full of Lesser Mu-miyah and has a locked chest (diff. 20) that contains low tier 1 Loot.
There is also a Lich Tower nearby at 32.6S, 91.8E.
