Spell Descriptions:
Incantation of Nullify All Magic Other: Dispels all negative enchantments of level 8 or lower from the target - Use this gem to cast Incantation of Dispel. This gem does not run out of charges. It will not be destroyed upon use. It has been modified by the Empyrean, Selvaris, to make it easier to use.
Notes Edit
- Can be obtained by giving the Empyrean Rune of Dispel to Selvaris after completion of the Empyrean Rescue Quest - which allows it to work with plugins, such as Virindi Tank.
