Question Title: | Attack Height |
Category: | Combat |
Question: | Missile and Melee attacks can be directed to aim high, middle or low. I've heard several explanations on the benefit of adjusting attack height for different creatures, but from my own observations, I remain skeptical about the effects. Can you shed some light on this whether adjusting these attack heights really makes a difference. |

Answer: | Sure, it makes a difference. Where you swing determines which of the enemy's body parts you have a chance of hitting (for instance, when you attack a humanoid, swinging low has a good chance of hitting the lower leg, and a smaller chance of hitting the foot, and no chance of hitting the head). Different parts of enemies have different armor levels. This armor level difference is more noticeable on some monsters than others. |
