Question Title: While sharing exp in a fellowship, does the distance from the other person(s) determine the XP you get?
Category: Fellowships
Question: I have been told that the farther away from someone you are the less XP you get per kill, the same for them.

I have also been told that it doesn't matter how far away you are as long as you're in the fellowship.

Please do your best to answer this question. Thanks.

Answer: Yes, if you are too far away from your fellowship-mates and they kill something, you will get less than your "fair share" of the experience from their kill. Your being too far away does not change how much experience the rest of the fellowship earns; some experience is just "lost".
