Hey there Xurrg. Stat panels should be named <item name>.jpg, so for Prismatic Celdon Leggings it should be Prismatic Celdon Leggings.jpg and placed in the discussion/talkpage of that item's page. I will rename it for you as you need sysop status to rename, move and delete things on the Wiki.

The main page should have a template with a live shot if possible of the armor being worn. Please see the Wiki Swiss Tool if you haven't already to easily take stat panels, live shots and icons from the game. Also see the Page Templates to add a Armor Template for the leggings you just uploaded if you want to:).
