== Notes == * Route: Find a [[Cultist Altar]] on the [[Marescent Plateau]]. Use it until it spawns a [[Dark Vapor]]. The Vapor summons a portal to the dungeon upon its death. Twitch is found in big room not far from the drop in a cage. * Twitch is a rather unfortunate person. He was originally imprisoned in a small wooden cage in [[Oolutanga's Refuge]]. He was released by the members of the [[Order of the Raven Hand]] but they imprisoned him again and presumably with plans to sacrifice him to the shadows they worship. A truly unfortunate fellow...
