Special Properties: Cast on Strike Damage: 0.5 - 1, Bludgeoning Speed 5 Range: 25 yds. Uses Thrown Weapon Skill Bonus to Melee Defense: -10% Your base Alchemy must be at least 325 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Cold Vulnerability Other VI, Phial's Accuracy Activation Requirements: None Spellcraft: 400 Mana: 150 This item cannot be sold.
