The original creatures (such as seen on the map) were replaced by higher levels. Also, the spawn has thickened, and respawn is quick.
The exit portals to the W and E drop at 48.0S 65,0W (also not on the nearby surface).
To the N is the portal to Caul (55+, requires Caul Flagging).
