- Obtained by speaking to Shuthoth in Ayan Baqur..
- Give to a Devastated Watcher at 87.3N 51.2E on the eastern beach of Aerlinthe Island. There is also a statue at 87.3N 41.6E, there is no difference between the two statues other than once you use one, you can never use the other.
