The Major Shivering Stone
- [Optional] Purchase the rumor Duplicated Portals from various shopkeepers.
- Head to the Serac Vault at 75.9S, 29.0E, the duplicate portal can be found at 59.9S, 55.0E.
- Route: From the Town Network, take the Annex (south) wing to the Linvak Tukal. From there go outside the walls using a nearby portal and then run to 75.9S, 29.0E.
- From the vault entrance room, go straight ahead into the east passage and hug the right wall. At the end you should come to a ledge looking into a large room with rock formations, jump down and head east into the passage behind the rock.
- At the end of the passage you will come out onto a catwalk back in the first area. Follow the path around to a ledge and jump across to the north catwalk.
- Now follow it west ignoring the bridge to the north and at the end shift jump across west to the catwalk. From here, follow the path north to the final area.
- You should now see a lever on the wall to your right. Pause for a moment and use your bracket keys to search for more levers. You should pick up two more levers to your left across the gap, the passage with the levers is blocked by metal grating. One of these levers opens the wooden door to the north and to the room with the stone.
- The wall lever to your right opens the door to the area behind the grating. Once you pull it, you need to run back along the path you just came from and it will lead to that area.
- Once you have pulled the lever on the left wall behind the grating (other lever closes the metal door here), run back one last time and jump across into the room for the Major Shivering Stone and a number of lore texts.

Bretself the Translator gives you Imperial Missive.
You give Agent of the Arcanum Major Shivering Stone.
Agent of the Arcanum tells you, "These crystals have many alchemical uses. Ciandra has continued to research what allows these stones to tap into this worlds well of powerful magics."
