- Used to unlock Monty's Golden Chest (not the Grand chest) in Monty's Den of Iniquity.
- Also available as a non-rare (doesn't drop on death) when exchanging Aluvian Casino Key Orders to a Royal Guard.
- Replaced by the Grand Casino Golden Keyring during the Cloak of Darkness event.
