Casts the following spells: Imperil Other III, Phial's Accuracy Spellcraft: 160 Mana: 150 Spell Descriptions: Imperil Other III (Decreases the target's natural armor by 75 points.) Phial's Accuracy (Increases the target's Thrown Weapon skill by 500 points.) This item cannot be sold.
