Casts the following spells: Imperil Other IV, Phial's Accuracy Spellcraft: 220 Mana: 150 Spell Descriptions: Imperil Other IV (Decreases the target's natural armor by 100 points.) Phial's Accuracy (Increases the target's Thrown Weapon skill by 500 points.) This item cannot be sold.
