Overview

Upgrade a weapon of your choice by completing the 50 challenges of Summercrown.

• Warning: You must talk to Summercrown before handing him 100 Infused Amber Shards for the 1st challenge. If not, your quest will not advance, and you will lose your shards. This is a known issue.
• The Token of the New Paragon can be used to reset your progress, allowing you to start at the 1st challenge again. This is useful if you would like to start on a new weapon rather than taking your first one to maximum level.

Walkthrough & Notes

1. Make your way to the Deru Tree of the Viridian Rise.
2. Talk to Summercrown to receive a challenge. Complete the challenge and return to Summercrown to receive the next challenge.
   • Note: The spells on the weapon do not all stack. Starting with level 11, the spells replace their previous, lower level version.
   • Note: Spells depend on type of weapon. i.e. wands give plus magics, mana and focus/will, missile weapons give plus missile, stamina, strength/quick, etc.

Summercrown tells you, "There are 50 challenges to fully imbue a Paragon Weapon, and 50 tiers of learning they can gain the imbue gems I craft. Every time you complete one of my challenges, you will be rewarded with a gem that will increase the level of your Paragon Weapon by 1."

Summercrown tells you, "Your first challenge is a simple and practical one. Bring me 100 Infused Ambers, so I may use them to forge the first few gems you will be earning."

28th Tier Paragon

You give Spectral Fountain Corrupted Amber Shard.

You place the Corrupted Amber into the spectral waters. After a moment, the corruption of the amber fades, and it transforms into a piece of Spectral Amber.

Spectral Fountain gives you Spectral Amber Shard.

You allow Summercrown to examine your Spectral Amber Shard.

Summercrown tells you, "How fascinating. I wondered if it would unweave the corruption, but I did not expect it to do this."

You hand over 1 of your Spectral Amber Shards.
