Town Crier tells you, "Another one of Nuhmudira's students is in a tower in Arwic's walls."

Town Crier tells you, "The valley to the northeast of the Obsidian Plains seems to be inhabited by the most vile creatures of their race. I wouldn't travel through there without many of my closest and most able friends around."
