Game Changes

  • Major graphics update
    • The entire graphics engine has been updated, with thousands of new textures and improvements to key models.
  • Completely new user interface
    • The UI has been totally rewritten to allow for cool new features in future updates.
  • New playable heritage group.
    • The game introduces the Viamontians, a fully playable race bent on world domination.
  • New weapons & armor
    • A full complement of weapons and armor will be available to players who choose to play as Viamontian characters.
  • Raising the level cap
    • The level cap is being raised from 126 to 275 with the game now offering more rewarding play to the most dedicated players.
  • Augmentation Gems
    • Players can acquire Augmentation Gems to enhance their abilities in amazing new ways, such as improving combat abilities or adding additional storage.
  • Hundreds of special rare items can be found by any player!
    • These rare items will range from interesting and useful tools to very powerful weapons and armor.
  • New lands
    • Players who join this adventure can explore the Halaetan Islands and the city of Sanamar, launching point of new quests and adventures.
  • Dozens of new creatures and quests
    • These fresh additions increase the already impressive depth and breadth of the world of Dereth.
  • Hundreds of new items
    • With new items in nearly every category, players will be rewarded in ways never before possible.

New Quests

Updated Quests

  • Training Academy Quest
    • The Exploration Society have taken over from Queen Elysa in the running of the academy.
    • Viamontian artwork and creatures can be now found inside.
    • Later part of the academy now has Olthoi instead of Hollow Minions along with a new quest based around them.
    • If you wish, you can now use the Academy Exit Token to skip the tutorial and enter Dereth straight away with the usual equipment and experience.

Town Crier tells you, "At first, I thought the Thrungum were the cutest little guys I'd ever seen. But a faceful of acid certainly cured me of that thought."

Town Crier tells you, "The portals to the Halaetan islands can be found in Shoushi, Yaraq, and Holtburg. The King of Sanamar allows all heritages to enter Sanamar, though the Queen's Royal Guard are slain on sight."

Town Crier tells you, "I heard a secret, but it'll cost you more than that."

Town Crier tells you, "I know what you are thinking. You want to enlist in the Queen's army against the Viamontian threat. I feel the same way. But the Queen has declared that she will not strengthen her forces as of yet. Perhaps she seeks some alternate method of dealing with this foe."
